Step by Step to make Agidi and Ogbonor soup:
- Wash ur beef and place on a pot,add Onions,salt and knorr and cook on its stock for abt 3-4 mins then add more water and cook till done.
- Whilst ur beef is still cooking,pour ur Ogbonorbinside a bowl,add oil and mix thoroughly and put inside ur beef pot,cover and allow to simmer till it dissolves,remove and set aside.
- Once ur beef is done with little stock remaining, pour in ur Ogbonor,crayfish, grated onions,Okpei and dry pepper and incorporate together,and simmer for a few mins.
- Add ur vegetable and simmer for 2-3 mins.
- Ur Ogbonor is ready.
- For the Agidi, wash d corn,briefly per boil it and soak overnight.
- Empty the water and briefly wash and take it to where u can grind it.
- Once its grounded, use ur pap cloth or sieve and begin to filter into another bowl.
- Once u have finished filtering,allow it to sit preferably overnight.
- When all d water is drained out d next day, u can pour d content into a pot and begin to stir continuously till u get ur desired consistency.
- Store in desired bowls and allow to cool.
- Ur Agidi is ready.
- Enjoy with ur Ogbonor or any soup of choice.
