Then on a hot pan, drizzle drops of oil and wipe with tissue. Use pastry brush and brush the batter over the pan, allow for seconds to dry out and fried then remove and brush another sheet. Do this until the batter is finished.
  2. In a pot, boil the meat with onions,pepper and seasonings, when cooked, shred it in a mixer or blender and then transfer it to a frying pan a lightly fry it with some onions and little oil. This should be done for like 5 minutes, so as not to make dambu out of the meat.
  3. Then fold the meat in the samosa sheets and seal the end with the remaining batter. Then fry it amd serve.

Chicken livers may be substituted for beef, if you choose. My friend from Bangladesh gave me this savory, spicy recipe. Samosas are flaky pastries filled with spicy potatoes and peas.
