- Prepare 3-4 big Potatoes
- Get 1 tbsp salt
- Get As needed Water for boil

- Take potato and peel it out. And cut it into to a long stick chips.
- Wash it properly 3-4 timea to remove the starch. And stain it. Now boil water in a vessel, add salt and add all the potatoes chips stick.
- Let it only boil for 2 min and stain it out. Don't boil it fully. Dry it out on a kitchen towel or cotton cloth and let it come to a normal temperature.
- Heat a oil for fry on a stove and add batches of potatoes stick to fry it on a normal flame. Fry till it becomes crispy. Dont over fry it till it became dark brown.
- Like wise fry all the batches of potatoes stick and take it out in a bowl. You can sprinkle chat masala or black pepper powder or red chilli powder to add extra taste to it. For kids no need to sprinkle can consumed as it fries and already it becomes salty that we added during it's boiling time.
