  4. Put somewhere to cool
  5. Transfer the liquid to another bowl….should not be discarded not to lose the nutrients
  6. Put the beef into the jiko with no liquid
  7. Add your well chopped onion to the beef mixture
  8. Add your garlic well crushed,green pepper,Tomatoes.
  9. Cover and simmer for 5minutes….
  10. Turn well then add the preserved liquid
  11. Cover to simmer for 20 minutes then add Royco cubes
  12. Turn for 5minutes then remove
  13. Add Corriandor leaves as it cools
  14. Serve with a vegetable and Ugali or any of your choice
