  5. Get 1 tsp Roasted n crushed cumin seeds
  6. Take to taste Red chilli powder
  7. Get to taste Red chilli flakes

  9. Make ready Onion 2-3 medium chopped
  10. Get Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch chopped
  11. Make ready Samosa wraps as required
  12. Prepare Oil for deep frying samosas

Steps to make Qeema Samosa:
  1. Take a pot, add qeema, ginger garlic, roasted n crushed coriander seeds n cummin seeds, red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, salt and cook. Dont add water at all. Cover for a while
  2. Now remove the pot cover n cook qeema on high flame so all the qeema water dries up.
  3. Let that qeema come on room temperature.
  4. Now in that qeema add chopped onions, green chillies n fresh coriander. Mix well. N keep it in fridge
  5. Now take samosa wraps. Fill it with qeema n fold in triangle shape. Apply same (meda dissolve in water) to stick the ends.
  6. Deep fry n serve hot.
