- Once fish is cooked, debone and flake fish
- Add oil in a pan, add onions and scotch bonnet. Sauté for 3 mins.
- Add flaked fish, seasoning cube and stir for 5 mins. Then turn off heat and allow to cool
- Get your dough and knead for 1 minute then divide dough into pieces. Roll it out
- Use a square object to cut it. You can cut it to your desired choice
- Then add in filling, cover and use a fork to press edges. Arrange on a baking tray, egg wash and bake in a pre heated oven for 25 mins. Enjoy😋
