  5. Heat a dosa pan in medium flame and grease it with oil, pour the batter on the pan and add two teaspoon oil and cover it with a lid, maintain in medium flame.
  6. When one side is cooked, flip the dosa on the other side, add 1/2 teaspoon oil, allow it to cook till it turns golden brown.
  7. Maintain the stove in low flame throught out, so that the Adai gets cooked well inside and outside it will be crisp.
