  4. In a pan add in the minced beef or chicken add in the oil and saute add in the onions habareno pepper spices and seasonings and stir fry for 7-10 mins till done turn off the heat and add the parsley
  5. In another bowl add in flour and water and stir to a paste
  6. Fold the sheets in samosa shapes and add in the fillings seal the end of the samosa with the flour paste
  7. Fry in a hot oil and fry till golden brown and serve with dippings of your choice
