Steps to make Qeema samosa..:
  1. Take 1 table spoon of oil and add mince..Then fry till water evaporate completely.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, green chilli, haldee and fry with little water.Now add red chilli, salt, water and cover it.Cook on slow flame for 20 to 25 minutes.
  3. Now remove from flame when water totally finish.Remove green chilli. Leave this in room temperature till its become cool down.Now add finally chopped onion, freshly chopped coriander, garam masala powder and lemon juice.
  4. Now make dough. Take Maida salt ghee ajwain and kaloongi in bowl. Mix well n then add water n make a dough.
  5. Now make a small paira. Roll it. N cut from half the centre
  6. Put some Qeema in the middle of both sides. Fold it from both side. Fold it from down also.
  7. Samosa are ready for frying.. fry samosa till golden then serve.
