- In a pan add ghee and vermicillis fry for 2minutes
- Then add milk and sugar cook for 5minutes
- Now dissolve custard powder in half cup of milk
- Add the dissolved custard in milk and cook until thickness
- Now add khoya and mix well then turn off the flam
- THEN COmpletely cool the mixture
- Now for preparing topping in a pan add ghee and crushed vermicilli
- Fry until golden
- Then add sugar and cook for 2minutes
- Then add chopped Almonds and chopped pistachios and cook for 2 minutes on medium flam
- Now turn off the flame and add dry milk powder and mix well
- Cool the topping
- Now for assembling in a bowl add half topping on bottom then pour the sawiyaan or custard mixture
- Then on the top cover with remaining topping
- And decorate with Almonds and pistachios
