This is my mom's recipe to make semolina or Suji Dhokla. I love this instant quick version, which hardly needs any preparation and can be made in a jiffy. I am sure you will love this Instant Rava Dhokla too! We love to have Dhokla for breakfast with a hot cup of chai.

Step by Step to make Rava Dhokla (Mother's love):
  1. Take a bowl add semolina, gram flour, salt, red colour, baking soda and water mix it well.
  2. Take a heart shape mould pour the batter then steam it on medium flame for 15min.
  3. After 15min demould the dhokla and decorate it with white idli granules that I made yesterday (receipe posted of Idli).
  4. Mother's love, Rava Dhokla is ready to serve.

They are little spicy with the addition of ginger and green chili's and go. Take the plate out of the utensil. After cooling, take out the dhokla, with the help of a knife, in a plate. Cut it into pieces of any size that you. This dhokla is also known as White Dhokla.
