Step by Step to make Chicken pockets:

The pita should be pale, with only a few brown speckles. Transfer warm pita to a napkin-lined basket and cover so bread stays soft. Repeat with the rest of the dough balls.
  8. FOR FRIED CHICKEN In a bowl add chicken pieces,salt, red chilli,garam masala mix it gradually and leave for 20 min
  9. Then coat chicken in flour, then in egg and again in flour as it become dry.
  10. Then fry it until golden
  11. Now apply ketchup and mayonnaise on pita bread and fold it to make pockets then add chicken on one side and cucumbers and tomatoes on the other side
