- wash the squid, reserving the ink in it and cut shaped like a ring
- slice all ingredients except kaffir lime leaves, bay leaves and galangal ( just mashed to get the flavor)
- make scrambled eggs and place on a plate
- saute all the spices and enter the squid
- put all the sauce and season and add the water
- enter the scrambled eggs and cook until the squid is cooked
