I prefer Laura Scudder. this brand is a good back up spreads easier the LS but LS has way better True of any size jar of Adams, it's a serious pain to mix initially. Completely worth the hassle of mixing. For this particular creamy garlic chicken and rice recipe, be sure to use long-grain rice. If you use Minute Rice, the rice will cook too quickly and may become mushy. If you prefer, remove any long.
