- Make a paste of chilli powderer,turmeric,pepper and salt.Marinate the cleaned fish with this paste.Keep the marinated fish in refrigerator for half an hour.Keep the remaining paste.
- Fry the fish in oil(deep fry or shallow fry.i prefer deep fry).Take out the fish and drain excess oil and arrange it in a serving plate.
- In the same oil saute onion.Once it become soft add tomatoes,ginger and garlic paste.Cook it until the raw smell goes. Add the remaining paste and sauté until it becomes a creamy foam.Add more salt if required.Add chopped coriander.Pour the gravy over the fish.
