  16. Take 1 teaspoon ginger powder

  18. Make ready 1/2 bunch chopped coriander leaves
  19. Take 2 teaspoons vinegar
  20. Prepare 1 lime juice

Steps to make Kashmiri Chicken kanti:
  1. Wash chicken with the water then keep in the bowl put crushed big cardamom, curd adding turmeric powder, chicken masala powder fennel seeds powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, lime juice, vinegar,ginger-garlic paste, ginger powder, salt, black pepper powder then mix well and keep aside for two hours for perfect making.
  2. Now put all vegetables like capsicum, onions, coriander leaves, green chilli, salt rest of chicken masala, rest of ginger - garlic paste, give it a good mix and keep aside.
  3. Now put mustard oil to the heated pan and boil, put masala mix chicken pieces to the pan in high mode of the flame fry it, give more time for frying chicken pieces till it becomes soft, keep in the bowl.
  4. Next, put more mustard oil to the pan. After heating the oil put jeera, then put onion tomato masala mix to the pan and keep saute, and it continues to three to four minutes don't saute too much.it needs crunching in capsicum. Put cooked chicken pieces to the pan mix well add garam masala like cardamom, cinnamon, cloves mix well add Kashmiri red chilli powder, mix well, add half cup of water and cover with the lid and boil for ten minutes,
