Add carrot and potatoes along with seasonings and spices. Add water a little to cook the vegetable. Dissolve flour in water to make a paste. Add to the minced meat stir and cook till it thickens. Remove from heat and allow it to cool down
  6. Divide dough into several balls. Roll it out flat. Use a round cutter to cut a perfect circle
  7. Add the filling to the center. Rub water on the edges and seal
  8. Use a fork to press down
  9. Egg wash the top and Bake in a preheated oven till set
