  2. Prepare 1 gallon water

  1. dice up the pineapple. I use the core
  2. extract juice from fruit: option 1. use a juicer, 2. full blender half way and barely cover fruit with water. After fruit is broken down pass it through a wire mesh strainer. use rubber spatula to press remaining juice from the pulp. repeat this step with remaining fruit
  3. top off gallon pitcher
  4. I add 1 cup of sugar and 2 cups of Splenda/sucrose.
  5. you can use all sugar or all artificial sweetner or any combination.
  6. add or use less sweetener. it's up to you.
  7. chill for a few hours. stir before serving. It will hold for a day in the fridge.
  8. Enjoy. this is one of my favorite drinks and when I make it for others they love it.
