  2. Prepare 2 eggs

  1. Make egg wash
  2. Place some flour in a bowl or plate, do the same with the Pakno
  3. Mix in spices with Pakno and cheese.(I didn’t have any cheese I used grated Parmesan, when making this Batch)
  4. Take mushroom one at a time, coat with flour, then egg wash, then Pakno mixture, set in air fryer.
  5. Spray all of them with olive oil cooking spray.
  6. Air fry to your liking (400 for 15-20 mins) I moved them around about 3 different times I had big ones and didn’t want them to burn.
