Steps to make Methi Mushrooms:
- Add Jeera to the oil and add sliced onions.
- Add Ginger Julienne and finely chopped garlic.
- Wash the mushrooms and slice them.
- I keep chopped methi leaves in freezer.
- Saute onions, ginger and garlic till golden brown in colour. Add methi leaves and saute well.
- Mix well and saute for 2 -3 minutes.
- Add all the dry masalas like haldi, red chilli, dhaniya, garam masala and mix well.
- Add curds and mix well on high flame.
- Add mushrooms mix well. Add salt once mushroom leaves it's water. Mix well and boil.
- Add milk and mix on high flame.
- Serve hot with phulka/ paratha. Tandoori roti, any of your choice.
