  4. Put ur cooked seasoned meat in a mortal and crush the meat with the pistle very well
  5. Add ur scotch bonnet,chopped onions,seasoning,garlic,curry,black pepper,clove and ginger in d mortal and crush it together wit d cooked meat
  6. Add some little oil in d frying pan add ur crush seasoned meat and continue stirring the meat until your desired consistency is achieved
