- 45 minutes to an hour before serving boil the pasta. Add olive oil, and salt the water. Remove pasta from water.
- Lay the pasta on a flat surface.
- Add smoked paprika and onion powder
- Add the parsley
- Put on top of the salad
- Let cool in the refrigerator. Serve with your favorite dressing or as is.
