Instructions to make Kok Chai:
- Dry roast peanuts. Remove skin. Grind with roasted sesame and add sugar powder to it.
- Add oil and salt to the flour. Add water and knead dough. Rest it for 15 minutes.
- Roll roti and cut equal size round out of it.
- Add stuffing. Close it nicely as we make ghujiyas.
- Fry it in hot oil on medium flame.
