  2. Take 2 cups flour
  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt

  2. Let it rest for around 15 minutes
  3. Meanwhile make the filling-boil the minced meat till tender, then add salt and the rest of the ingredients and cook for 2mins. Make sure it is completely dry
  4. Let it cool
  5. Divide the dough into 8 small balls, spread the each ball a little bit then put oil and sprinkle with flour
  6. Put like four balls on top of each other then role them to one big "chapati" then put in a hot pan and cook for like 1 minute on each side but don't put oil. Repeat with the remaining 4
  7. After that peel them carefully, you will be able to get very thin layers. Divide each into 1/4 and make the pockets, i used flour paste to hold them together. This is just a tbsp and a little water
  8. Fill the pockets with the minced meat and close with the paste
  9. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, the oil should not be too hot. Deep fry till you get the brown colour. Repeat till you are done with the rest
  10. Enjoy while hot
