  13. Add the meat and bean mix and spread to cover the spinach.
  14. Bake for 25 minutes.
  15. Add remaining cheese and chips. Bake or broil until cheese is melted (~5 minutes).
  16. Let stand for 15 minutes and serve.

Spread a thin layer of refried beans onto each tostada shell; sprinkle each with Mexican cheese. Divide cooked chicken on top of cheese layer.
